Booking policies.

Please read these policies before booking. They protect Maria’s appointment time and help every client enjoy an unhurried visit.

1. 01

   A £10 deposit is required to confirm an appointment.

2. 02

   A £5 late fee applies when arriving more than 10 minutes late.

3. 03

   Appointments are cancelled after 20 minutes late.

4. 04

   Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice have a £10 cancellation fee.

5. 05

   Deposits can transfer when rescheduling at least 24 hours before the appointment.

6. 06

   Please arrange any plus-one in advance.

7. 07

   Maria does not infill another nail technician’s work. Existing work may need removal.

8. 08

   No-call, no-shows will not be accepted for future bookings.
